Ledgend

~Ledgend- 6 year old Moriesian Gelding~
**SOLD!!!**

Posted by Picasa
Ledgend - Legend stands very true to his breed. He is a horse of immense presence, with a full upright, sloping neck set into an open shoulder with the capability of huge movement. Ledgend is a heavy bodied, Bay, up-headed horse with an expressive face, compact body and long thick mane and tail and he is starting to get feathering from the knees down. I feel that due to his presence and superb ability to naturally come under himself and propel forward that he will make an excellent dressage horse. He has a powerful elastic gait. His trot is up and forward and with impulsion from the hindquarters. His slope of shoulder and movement tends to be more Friesian-like which gives him a regal appearance. His canter is big and forward and very comfortable. I think that he will learn lateral work easily because he is willing to please. He is intelligent, sweet natured and willing. Around our small farm, Ledgend is known for his kind heart, mild manners, and friendly disposition. Ledgend make’s a wonderful family horse.
His Sire is Kaspar
His Dam is Miss Tumbleweed Legacy #0137165

Here is his Ledgend's Sire Kaspar -

"Kaspar stands 16 hands and is one of the most beautiful, moving stallions. His high leg action is a very nice addition to his attitude. Anyone who sees this stallion will be amazed at his grace and presence. His foals are always sure to get his fluid movements and attitude."

Dash ~ Thoroughbred

~Dash~
***SOLD***

… Steel Grey, 5 year old Purebred Thoroughbred, 16 hands tall, “Dash Thru Traffic” is simply one good looking gelding! Dash was a race horse whose wonderful racing career came to a screeching halt when he injured his knee on the track back in March of ’07 … he has since recovered fully from his injury … however it is too risky to put him back on the track so Dash is ready for a new career. Dash is truly one big huggable lovable guy =) he is hoping to get a new career as a dressage horse or just a nice trail horse … however he is leaning toward dressage because he as such a natural knack for such maneuvers. But then again … Dash also loves to trail ride and just ‘have fun’ doing what ever you ask him to. =)
We are looking for a new home for Dash that will understand that x-race horses train a little bit different than other horses =) and that will give him all of the hugs and snuggles that he loves to get =) Dash can go in any English direction that you would like to take him in … but he also just loves to have fun doing what ever!

Jackson ~ Quarter Horse

~Jackson~
***SOLD***

Posted by Picasa

Jackson is a wonderful 5 year old Quarter Horse gelding that just LOVES trail rides! Jackson is a cryptorchid who stands at 15 hands. Since Jackson has ‘the drive’ in him he is a little bit temperamental with other horses and does better with either just geldings … or just mares. HOWEVER! Once you put a saddle on him he turns in to one big snuggly teddy bear and just loves to take it easy. He will ‘get up and go’ if you ask him to … but he would much prefer just to go for a nice trail ride or just ‘poke’ around the farm. I have put kids up on him and he has done just great … but I would prefer that he went to an adult owner =) Jackson also shows promise to be a roping ‘heel’ horse. I have not done much cattle work with him but I have done enough to see that he has a natural knack for this and he has the PERFECT build to be a heel horse.

I am looking for a good home for Jackson that will enjoy his love of trail rides and/or take him out and work have him do more work with cattle.
Please e-mail me at:

Stormy ~ Arab/Quarter Horse

~Stormy~
****SOLD****

Stormy is a 16 year old ½ Arabian ½ Quarter Horse that has all of the fire and might of a 6 year old. She may be short (standing @ 14 hands) but she is mighty! Stormy looks and sweet temperament are a bit deceiving because although she is a teddy bear at heart and looks like an old calm ‘poker’ pony … when you get on her you will soon find out that you are sitting on top of a fire cracker!! She is a feisty little thing and loves to be on the move at all times. But even with all of her fist and might she is still very controllable, she listens and learns very well …

Stormy enjoys being ridden in English the best … but she will also ride Western very well to. However, just like you “can’t teach an old dog new tricks” … Stormy will never learn to be “show worthy” … although she makes a great speed horse and is just flat out fun to ride. Out of all of the horses that I have ridden and trained, Stormy is by far the funnest of them all! (& I am not just saying that either!)
Stormy also enjoys trail ridding … she never spooks and crosses streams and bridges just fine … she prefers not to lead =) but she loves being out on the trail none the less!
I am looking for a good home for Stormy that will give her all of the snuggles that she loves, as well as someone that can appreciate her spunkiness.
